The project
RAI, the Italian national television, in its website dedicated to the world of cartoons, wanted to inaugurate a virtual hall of fame for the major Italian cartoonists that contains the milestones of their careers. For the occasion I created the basic room that will welcome artists and virtual tours. As a start, Bruno Bozzetto, one of the most iconic Italian cartoonists, was chosen.

A space for special artists
The Room
The client's goal was to create a room as minimal as possible and illuminated only by sunlight that would highlight the artists' works. The basic idea is that the user, exploring the room, can interact with the paintings exhibited by starting cartoons clips or interviews with the artist. At the centre of the empty room, near the entrance, there is a column where the most iconic cartoonist's character is placed in a cylindrical case. In it I modelled the famous Signor Rossi in his typical greeting pose.
