The project

Confcommercio is the association of all Italian merchants since 1945. In 2015, on the occasion of their 70th anniversary, a large event was organized in the Temple of Hadrian in Rome. For this event a video was created. It included the animation of photos concerning a century of trade history in Italy. Archive photos from the end of the nineteenth century to the present day were animated with different techniques: parallax, zoom and details. As a plus, a video timeline that ran along eight large LCD screens positioned on the inner columns of the temple was also created.
